Legalizing, changing laws, new rules etc. etc.

1. Legalize pot.

2. Legalize prostitution. Both are impossible to stop and should be treated just like alchol. Same rules,
same taxes, penalties, etc.

3. Term limits for Senators and Reps. Long, long, long overdue!!

4. Children of President over 18 must serve on front lines of ALL major military actions he authorizes.

5. Cease all immigration immediately. Not being nasty. We can't employ everyone we have now.

6. Cease most foriegn aid. We are broke. Broke people cannot give away money they are borrowing
from other people!

7. Get out of Afganistan and Iraq. Why are our men still dying for these ungrateful people? Does
anyone really think they are going to change? Really?!

8. It should only rain on Tues. and Thurs. Smile.
Immediate execution of sentence, preferably execution, for rape and robbery including attempted rape or robbery.

Treegirl, why drivers at age 50? 50 isn't old.

That's what my parents said relating to some of their friends who are now turning into bad drivers.

We have a winner!
My driving skills are far superior to young people (or any age) who are playing with their phones while driving. My reflexes were quick enough to avoid an accident the other day which isn't uncommon in the Houston area which has quite a large number of people. As I leave my neighborhood, I am constantly having to battle with a three-lane road that merges into a freeway. Just past the light before entrance to the freeway is a u-turn. There are idiots on a daily basis that have no concept of depth perception and will pull out in front of people on a road with a speed limit of 50. I can't stay in a safe lane because there is a Chase Bank and a CVS on the right side of the road so you don't know which one of three lanes they are going to pull into while we have a green light. I will honk as I'm approaching that light if it's green if I even suspect someone might pull out in front of me. If these idiots can't distinguish between someone going 20 or 50 then they need to wait until the cars are stopped at the light or nowhere in view.
I wouldn't base the need for a driver's exam so much on age as I would on driving performance...after the 2nd moving violation or accident the person has to retest immediately, and then every year thereafter until they can go 12+ months without another occurrence. That would get rid of a lot of older drivers for sure, but it would also at least inconvenience the goofs with cell phones in their hands, the fools that read the paper or other stuff while behind the wheel (I've seen people with the paper propped up on their steering wheels while driving 70 miles an hour down the interstate), and the drinkers.

My law changes (although fringing on political) would all have to do with the outrageous pay and benefits for congressmen and senators...I want them to have to live like the rest of us. k
Raise the gambling limit from $1200 to $10000, before you get a W9.
I didn't mean to offend anyone with the 50 yr old post.
I asked my parents who are in their 50's.

"after the 2nd moving violation"? No, before the 1st is what may prevent the 1st or 2nd.
