Okay, on to version 2.0, stardate 1999. According to YOUR source, when bin Laden was spotted, "we immediately alerted the White House, and the Clinton administration’s response was, ‘Well, it will take several hours for the TLAMs, the cruise missiles launched from submarines, to reach that objective. So, you need to tell us where bin Laden will be five or six hours from now.'"

So for the First Time in world history evah, military assets were not perfectly allocated to take advantage of surprising intelligence. And I understand Clinton declined to then send ground troops into sovereign Afghanistan territory two years before 9/11. I mean, what could have gone wrong?

And me, I'm still pissed that Truman didn't find a way to sterilize George and Barbara Bush when there was still time. Otherwise he was a pretty good president.

I honest to God never thought I would ever ignore someone on here, thought about it, but never thought I would and it's definitely not a pouting "i'm taking my ball and going home" thing either. Roulette Man turned this political at exactly 8/5/13 11:12 AM, Pacific time. As you probably know, I never turn threads political, and I never start political threads here either. I responded largely by quoting Bush's director of Homeland Security, and quoting from a link that Roulette Man himself provided.

In return, I've been called a whore, a leech, immature, and I've been told that I lie, misquote (where?), and that I would want to harm the United States if it would help me politically. You get that last one, jatki? I would harm our country according to Roulette Man.
