Forkie considers a traffic ticket and murder as equal? I do not.

Obama has a pen, and he's using it to replace Congress.
Every single president since Benjamin Harrison has issued more executive orders.

But you know me, always saying "But Benjamin Harrison did it!"

I remember when our right wingers told us something scandalous happened in Bengazhi without specifically saying what that something was. I would have thought the revelations of that BS conspiracy theory would have taught them a lesson. Nope. They've doubled down. Its the same playbook now with "executive orders scandal".

Currently the House Speaker says he will sue the president. To date he hasn't said specifically what for...when reporters Asked him last week he responded by saying he'll let them know when he has more information. The house speaker (much like our resident conservatives) cant articulate what the president has done that is illegal....but surely he has. I'm on pins and needles.

The legacy of conservatives running the House....no jobs bills....all conspiracy theories and hearings to pursue them. history will not judge them well.

So how many orders has the "enlightend one" decreed compared to others? What did he say during the Presidential campaign about executive orders?

Yeah, previous presidents have only done little teensy things with executive orders.

Like the Emancipation Proclamation. Or suspending habeas corpus. Or setting up extra-judicial military commissions. Or imprisoning American citizens of Japanese decent. Or nationalizing all steel mills. Or desegregating the military. Or blocking stem cell research.

Boilerman, I get that by "murder" you mean an executive order that you disagree with. So what do you think of Eisenhower's order, ignoring the calls of "states rights," to desegregate public schools? I'm betting you're a states rights guy.

So dumb............

Benghazi: the utter failure, whether via incompetence or a hatred of Americans, of Hillary to respond to constant requests for needed additional security at the Benghazi facility. The continued lack of competence of Hillary again, this time along with her moronic president, on how to respond in real time to help save Americans, causing four of their deaths. The continued lie about that video which was only perpetrated out of administration fear that the truth would seriously hurt another horrific term for Obama. The lies have continued ever since, and together with how the IRS is being exposed as it acted illegally at the sole direction of their derelict president, I wouldn't act so surprised pj. All those lies will soon be home to roost.

We have an administration who is very willing to obstruct investigations into the truth. They'll get caught on fabricating the Bengazhi story, but far more damning will be the IRS scandal.

By the way, does PJ really think that there is no IRS cover up?

Face it Forkie, you don't care if what Obama does is legal or not.

I get my information from official investigations which in both "scandals" has revealed there was no scandal. The only people who are reporting these events as scandals are the same sources who told us the president was born in Kenya.

I've been asking you for the evidence of a cover up in the IRS scandal...and for any evidence of WHite House involvement in it. I've also been asking you what the Bengazhi scandal is. You never tell me. You just swear there is one. You're so positive something illegal has been done but cant say what it is. That makes for a great punch line for late night comedians...and history will laugh too.

PS - There was a legitimate IRS scandal in 2006 where the IRS director freely admits he audited the NAACP based upon the partisan request from 2 US Senators. FOX News celebrated that event. And our resident conservatives were MIA.

PJ you're as clueless as you've always been, and totally lacking in the skills required to be a successful, effective debater.

Why would you even begin to believe Lerner has "lost" emails within a Federal Gov't agency? She belongs in jail as do the idiots who claim the server and back-up system both mysteriously crashed, and all you'll do when the emails finally surface showing it was Obama who directed close IRS scrutiny of the conservative groups, is studder and say "this is all a republican conspiracy, and it's made up that the White House had anything to do with it". Insert several sniffles.

There is no evidence because:

1. The IRS didn't keep back up paper emails (as called for by policy).

2. The IRS didn't keep their emails on the PC's.

3. The IRS didn't keep the emails on Server #1.

4. The IRS didn't keep the emails on Server #2.

5. The IRS didn't keep the emails on Server #3.

6. The IRS had the company archiving emails destroy them all.

If you believe all of those things were coincidence, you're nuts. It'll eventually be proven that this was a massive cover up, yet Liberals won't care.
