I've been watching everything that our Canadian Network is showing. I just appreciate

all the skill & training every athlete has put into their sport. I've always been a big fan

of not only Summer but the Winter Games as well.

so many of the athletes have amazing stories about what they "gave up" to train so long and hard for the Olympics.

Jordan Larsen on the womens VB team is from a small small town in our state (nebraska) of about 1000 folks. It is so good too see her be one of the starters on a very talented team.

Have been watching some of the water polo (which I do enjoy). this game has so much going on "under" the water that is unbelievable. Punching in the nuts, pulling on the swim suits and such. Pretty much a cheap shot artist delight!

Pigeon shooting< wow that is interesting. Must be a reason that it only lasted for one olympic season!
