This incident was very predictable and is only the beginning. There has never been an OD from marijuana. As far as the kid jumping over the balcony I still wonder what was up because his friends did not follow suit.

I can speak from 33 years as a first responder that alcohol, cigarettes and prescription Oxy are far more dangerous than pot will ever be.
