Here is our Consitution's delegation to Congress of the power to create the ACA that you conveniently could not find:
ART I, SEC. 8:
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States; (boldface added).
Since the entirety of the ACA now being enacted has already been deemed constitutional, the SC bill you trumpet, which proposes to frustrate the unconstitutional bits of ACA, it s complete nullity. Might as well pass a law declaring illegal all days that begin with the sun rising in the west.
Don, you're feigned ignorance is unbecoming. Sure, it riles up the jatki99s and the hoops2s and the BobOrmes, they don't know better: they're confused, fearful, and strangely like it.
But surely you know better, no?
