Todays QOD Carrying cash through the airport

Cashing checks is a hassle since most places have a two hundred dollar limit per day. I found just bringing my cash in my wallet and putting it in the tote bag works fine.

The Belly Belt - preferably worn under ones clothing


The Bra Stash - for ladies or gentlemen with man-boobs who can carry it off (also to be worn under one's clothing)

My $$$ goes in my carry-on tote, in a zippered pocket.

It goes through the security scanner, and I feel is very safe there
because the TSA does have you present if they do search your bag.

Plus everything is on

You can apply for cheque cashing privileges at most casinos. The daily limit that is allowed by the casino depends on a credit check and a reference from your bank.

Of course you can always open a bank account in Vegas and get cashier's checks to take to the casino.

Through the years I've found that having a credit line at various casinos is the easiest and most secure way of gaining access to funds.

Snide and Alan could use a laugh so here goes:

I have never had difficulties cashing a check in any denomination at strip casinos. This does not involve any pre-application and/or fee. You tell the cage how much you want. The staff runs it electronically and your account is instantly debited.

Maybe I will videotape a transaction some time. Lol

Why is everyone so concerned? You do realize you can carry up to $10,000 in cash going over the US /Canadian border. Is there a problem going from state to state ?
I, on the other hand, never have to worry about the "upper" limit.
