TV's greatest villains

METV is shown on Cox cable channel 129 in Vegas. Onscreen, it says it's channel 8.3. Channel 8 is the local CBS affiliate. I don't understand what an "over the air" channel is.

We have another one, called Antenna TV, on Cox channel 127. It's channel 3.something. Channel 3 is the local NBC affiliate.

As far as the list of villains goes, they left out Erika Kane from All My Children. And I don't consider Frank Burns to be a villain because he never succeeded at anything he tried to do to anyone, lol. He was just a goof.
Sue,

Over the Air is the digital signals sent out by the television stations digitally instead of analog. You pick them up with an antenna.

When they went from analog to digital signals being broadcast most of the stations added additional channels. I've seen some like 47.1, 47.2, and 47.3 and they sometimes play diffierent shows.

For instance here in Dallas Cozi TV is channel 5.2.

I also get Antenna TV which I also watch but forgot. WKRP Cinncinnati anyone?

Over the air TV with an antenna? How quaint. Does the milk man still deliver to your house?

How about Eddie Haskel?
Or Mr Woodman From welcome Back Kotter...
newman from Seinfeld....

And my personal favorite....Phil Hartman as Bill McNeal on Newsradio

I find it hard to believe the Borg is #4 on here when all Star Trek fans clearly know that Khan was a way bigger Villian--- So big that he is making a repeat performance on the latest Star Trek movie series....

That is and has been my only home source of television reception for about 5 years.
"newman from Seinfeld...."

Newman was an honorable mention.

I also get ME TV, sadly their programming stops at 9m and doesn't resume until about 2am. I occasionally record Mission Impossible, did not know that Peter Graves was not on in the first season. I also record Combat which was a great show that had some terrific guest stars.

Thanks for providing this info wrosie.

Lots of great OTA (over-the-air) channels not on Cable or Satellite.

With Digital broadcast we have all this extra ban width available. So we've added all these sub channels. TV stations use the main channel (x.1) for their primary broadcast which is aired on Satellite and basic cable. The sub channels will likely get picked-up by local cable systems and included in their digital tier packages like Sue getting in Vegas. So we might transmit OTA on Channel 8 but your cable system takes 8.1 CBS and puts on local Cable channel 4 and puts 8.2 Retro TV on digital cable channel 199.

I do not have an antenna! Just digital cable.

I found COZI TV on my cable, too -- channel 123 in Vegas.

That's strange that Hoops said ME TV stops at 9 p.m. That's not the case here. I don't know if it's on all night, but I get Mary Tyler Moore, Rhoda, Odd Couple, Dick Van Dyke, and other stuff after 9 p.m. every night.
Too new to have been considered in the "all time" category, but Joe Carroll on the Following has to be the worst of the worst as far as TV villains go...If you haven't seen this new show, but love to be terrified, (and especially for you conspiracy theorists!) this is the show for you. k
