I too would be interested in what your field is.
There is no doubt that some fields are very challenging these days, even with college degrees.
However, as a CEO I can tell you that I find it difficult to find qualified clinical laboratory scientists in our world of laboratory medicine.
We are now offering fully paid scholarships to members of our staff in a career ladder program. We decided that if we can't find them. we will create them.
A good resource to consider is the Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics "Occupational Outlook Handbook" for an idea of what fields have more demand than others.
Let me sincerely wish you the best and acknowledge the frustration you must feel when your applications are not answered- I find that insulting to applicants and should not be permitted by employers. A short note to any applicant is always appropriate regardless of the position in my opinion.
