Watch out for drunk, naked drivers.

Randy Travis takes streaking to a whole new level.

I've been drunk before.
I've been naked before.
I've been drunk and naked before.

But here's the part I struggle with: I cant fathom the mind of someone who is drunk and naked saying to himself...."Gee, I think I'll hop in the car and zip over to White Castle."

Disclaimer: This post is not meant to paint a caricature of the greater country artist community or their fans.

Sounds like a good foundation for his next country hit.

Randy Travis threatened to shoot and kill the troopers who arrested him for drunk driving last night ... this according to the Grayson County Sheriff's Office.

The GCSO tells us ... officers received a call at 11:18 PM from a person who stated there was a man lying in the roadway. When cops arrived to the scene, they noticed Travis' 1998 Pontiac Trans Am had driven off the road and slammed into several barricades in a construction zone.

Travis was initially arrested for DWI -- but once he was inside the cop car, officials say the singer threatened to "shoot and kill the Troopers working the case."

As we previously reported, Travis was NAKED ... and rode bareback while he was being transported to the station.

RM: 1998 Pontiac Trans Am? I'd be more embarrassed about that than being drunk and naked.
Before you know there will be MAND (mothers against naked drivers).

This is hilarious! I remember a few years ago American Idol had Randy Travis on as the mentor for the week and he was CREEPY!!!!
With so much riding on the choice at hand,
the spirit of a boy,
or the wisdom of a man.

Finally, our boy Randy is becoming a proper country music star!

Chilcoot
Who's long suspected that Travis might harbor closely-held secrets
worth addressing publicly so he can finally enjoy his life
He should have borrowed George Jones riding lawnmower :>)
Looks like his career will be taking off....
Didn't he get a DUI a while back.....cops found him passed out behind a church ? I think I remember hearing about that back in 2010 or 2011.

As for the sa comment about the 1998 Pontiac Trans Am......with the demise of Pontiac, and the earlier demise of the TA, those 98 TA's are collector items. Any TA is a collector item....and they bring big bucks. Check out the Mecum or Barrett Jackson auctions (Velocity or Speed Channel). Frenzied bidding every time one of those comes across the block.

Remember the late 70s TA's ? The ones made famous in Smokey And The Bandit ? They are bringing 30 to 35k each. And climbing.
