Wonder if this guy was driving while.....

Talking on a cell phone. LOL

Road Rage
Good for that dumbass.
I hate tailgaters, but the chic with the camera was just as bad.

How the hell could she drive safely and do all that filming, including turning the camera around to show her dashboard, then backward to the tailgater?

She was definitely playing him to get a reaction...really foolish.

Agreed.

I don't like being tailgated. But I hate slow drivers in the left lane even worse. That's why I move over to the right and let faster drivers on by. She could have done the same despite her comment that she couldn't.
I believe she should be blamed for the crash, for the other drivers previous criminal record, the lackluster economy and global warming.
I live fairly close to where this incident occurred and I can say without a doubt speeding of zigzagging in and out of lanes will get you nowhere fast on that stretch of road, it is not like being on the interstate. There are enough red lights to make it useless to try and speed etc.

Having said that about week ago we were coming back from a road trip and we were on I-75 in central Florida. Rather than weaving in and out of traffic my wife was in the left lane doing 85 mph and some guy comes up behind her and starts with the grimace and weaving etc. He was dying to get around her. She would have normally moved over and let him around but we were already going 15 mph over the speed limit and we didn't want to keep weaving in and out of traffic, anyway when that guy got around us you could tell we ruined his day he was so pissed off. What was really funny is 50 minutes later we caught up and passed him and then where he had to get off there was a tanker fire and he got caught in the traffic jam from hell.

My point is why do people let the simple things piss them off so much. Lighten up and don't let it ruin your day.
She should have slowed down 10 mph. All people seem to want when driving is for whoever's in front of them to get out of their way on their road. That's why I've never liked driving and do it as little as possible. The nicest people in the world turn into angered, spiteful individuals once they get out there. Having kids in the car usually makes no difference.

This is a great video though, just another punkass p/u truck driver thinking he's in a decent handling car who gets what's coming to him. Now he's dealing with the cops and the crooks at the insurance company while she's laughing at him along with tens of thousands of others. B-E-A-Utiful.
If someone is tailgating me in-town, and I'm in no hurry, I'll slow down to purposely miss a light. Then, I turn off my car and wait. When the light turns green, I slowly get out of the car and open the hood and look at my engine and give the idiot behind me the 'sorry go around wave'. When he goes around I hop in the car and take off....Ok I've only done that once, but it sure felt good.
That's not even funny. So why did I laugh?
Agree, love what happened to this tailgater and he got what he deserved.

What pisses me off is the cops NEVER go after tailgaters..They are under pressure to write lots of tickets every day so at the end of the year they can recieve their "performance" bonus checks from the county or state sherrif department they work for.

The easiest way to get the big cash from law abiding decent citizens is to run "questionable" speed trap operations as I think we all know from experience.

So a stretch of road that should have as a resonable speed limit of, say, 70..is now posted at 55 for obvious reasons.

How profitable is doing that over a years time? Not much time left in the day to catch any tailgaters, persons weaving in and out of traffic, or any number of dangerous driving habits that need to be ticketed. They are only after the easy money.....The average good citizen that may be driving just a little too fast on a road that the elites intentionally mismark is the prime target, but otherwise a very safe driver.

The real accident causers are basically left alone as it would take more work and effort to catch and ticket them.
