Wonder if this guy was driving while.....

Wasn't she in the left lane ---- the passing lane? I get in the left lane to pass and then get out when not passing. It is common courtesy for others to do the same.

I'd love to see this woman drive on the autobahn in Germany ---- she doesn't have a clue.
I prefer using my windshield washers.

I agree that's the courteous thing to do, unless you're going over the speed limit already and some jerk chooses to tailgate you just because he's in a big pickup and wants to show he can go faster than you, which trucks rarely can. You have no responsibility to move to the right just to let someone break the law by speeding. What I like is she sped up when he tried to pass her on the right, thoroughly pissing him off and goading him into that move causing him to spin out of control.

This gal is a hero.

Using vehicles to play games is nothing but idiotic. In that situation there were two damn fools thinking they would teach each other a lession...of some sort. Actually, the gal appears to be so full of herself that she would 1) risk the lives of others on the road, 2) post her conquest on U Tube. That is some pretty narcisistic stuff there.

Agree 100 percent. Both drivers acted terribly.

Just because the pickup driver acts like a jerk does not excuse the woman from also acting like a jerk.

A decent person would have felt terrible had the pickup driver died. I don't get the sense that woman is a decent person.

Shame on both of them.

Actually you DO have a legal responsibility to move over in 29 states including Florida. Even if the driver behind is exceeding the posted speed limit you MUST move out of the passing lane (far left of a road or highway with more than one lane) to let a faster vehicle pass.

Actually Cowboy you are wrong on this one. Here in Florida, last year the law was changed, you are allowed to drive up to ten mph below the posted speed limit in the left lane.

The intent of the 10 mph limit is because the way it was worded before you were suppose to move over even if the car behind you was trying to speed.

She should have slowed down 10 mph. All people seem to want when driving is for whoever's in front of them to get out of their way on their road. That's why I've never liked driving and do it as little as possible. The nicest people in the world turn into angered, spiteful individuals once they get out there. Having kids in the car usually makes no difference.

This is a great video though, just another punkass p/u truck driver thinking he's in a decent handling car who gets what's coming to him. Now he's dealing with the cops and the crooks at the insurance company while she's laughing at him along with tens of thousands of others. B-E-A-Utiful.

FYI - slowing way down or stopping can cause some unexpected issues for other drivers. IE accidents.
Sleeping Jesus, hang up and drive.
SLOWER TRAFFIC do not belong in the left lane.
That's for cars and drivers willing to ad 10+ to the limit.
I'll NOT drive in the left lane unless I'm willing to get a speeding ticket.
12 over is bustable.
Tailgating? Have you driven in LA? SHIT!!!!
