Obama is the only president who has this problem, goes to show how weak a president he is. He is morewilling to negotiate with countries that hate us.

The deficit is down due to the misallocation of revenue. Revenue is up due to increased ss taxes, which instead of reserving it for the ss program, the money is used to fund the daily operations. Rather than using the obamacare taxes for obamacare the money is being used to run the govt. The evil sequester that Obama said would ruin the country is another factor for the reduction.

Please note that the cbo says that these reductions are temporary and $1t deficits will return
