The lounge menu includes white truffle caviar deviled eggs, A5 Wagyu Stix, short rib sliders, and an entire raw bar section — all at half price from 3 to 6 PM. The Sakura Wagyu Cheeseburger at half price is the move if you want something substantial. The cold water lobster tail is the move if you do not.
Ocean Prime also lets guests build their own seafood towers — which at happy hour prices turns a typically expensive format into a genuinely accessible afternoon. There is also a $12 cocktail that bubbles and smokes if the shellfish tower is not dramatic enough for you.

Ten miles from the Strip, tucked into the Desert Shores community near Summerlin, Marché Bacchus is the only French restaurant in Las Vegas where you dine along the tranquil waters of Lake Jacqueline while swans drift past your table. The front entrance looks like a quiet retail plaza. Walk through the wine shop and bar and the atmosphere shifts completely — one of the most beautiful patios in Las Vegas, lakeside, with a view that genuinely feels like a postcard from southern France.
The cuisine is the creation of Master Celebrity Iron Chef Alex Stratta and Executive Chef Dave Middleton, a disciple of both Stratta and Chef Scott Conant. The wine list runs over 950 labels and has been proclaimed one of the best restaurant wine values in the United States. The happy hour brings all of that within reach of any afternoon budget.
The happy hour menu: specialty cocktails from $6 to $8 including an Elderflower Gin and Tonic with Empress Gin and a Cucumber St. Germain Martini. Half off wines by the glass. Escargot $12. Mussels in spicy coconut broth $15. Bacchus Bacon Burger $24. About 15 items total, all of them earning their place on a menu at this level.
The French call the after-work gathering tradition cinq à sept — five to seven — a cultural institution built around the idea that the hours between work and dinner deserve their own ritual. Marché Bacchus is the only place in Las Vegas doing it properly, lakeside, with escargot and a $7 gin cocktail. That is worth the ten-mile drive.
