Is Kevin a racist doesn't think black people can get photo ID?

Is you learned to be writing a coherent sentence?

Getting a state-approved ID isn't all that easy if you don't drive. But let's say that 99% of citizens can get a state ID and 1% can't. Why should we disenfranchise that 1%?

The difficulty of getting a state ID affects poor people who live in urban settings the most. A disproportionate percentage of such people are Black. Therefore, voter ID requirements disproportionately affect Black citizens' right to vote.

I wonder if Hilbert is too thick to understand that.

 Bullshit, and you know it.

You reflexively call people liars, but you never have the balls, intellect, or cognitive ability to say why they are supposedly lying.

It IS often difficult for poor people to get state-approved voter ID, especially with the new restrictive laws that have been passed in Republican states, David, you stupid fuck.

I don't care if that's relatively rare. I care that it happens at all. Every citizen should be allowed to vote, and governments should make that as easy as possible--David, you stupid fuck.

Your stupid, evil beliefs hurt people.

I don't need to explain my comments - I speak the truth and nothing more needs to be said. You, on the other hand, lie so often that you have to constantly make up unfounded shit while trying to cover up for your lies.

Yeah, right. "Stop the steal." "Democrats eat babies." Is there anything more pathetic than someone who has to say "I speak the truth" over and over and over, in the desperate hope that someone will believe him?

You're filth.

It isn't racist. You are very naive, maybe purposely so.  Republicans that make these laws look at demographical data to see what type of identity documents they can exclude for purposes of getting a state ID that will make it harder for African Americans to vote.  In general, people that reside in urban areas have a difficult time getting a state id as a lot of them don't have a driver's license or own a home where utility bills come to. Having a birth certificate and social security card is not sufficient proof of identity to get a state ID.

The best example has always been when Republicans in one state changed what valid identity documents were.  Student ids with photos issued by in-state colleges were no longer considered valid identity documents for voting but an NRA membership card with nothing but a person's name on it was.

Voter suppression and gerrymandering are all Republicans have left. They can't win without them.  That is why Republicans favor an authoritarian form of government. They can't win in the marketplace of ideas.

Mark, we've gone through this before and you're argument holds little to no truth.  Here are all of the document options for one to a driver's license.  This get's one a voter ID also.

Mark argues that it takes effort to prove one's identity, so people shouldn't have to prove their identity when voting.  Next thing you know, Liberals will argue that illegals should be allowed to vote.

I dont have a problem with voter ID so long as its coupled with an easier ability to gain one at a free cost to the issuant.     Disabled, elderly impoverished people dont have the time or ability to go to the BMV and/or pay the accompanying cost.   And there is also the fact that young impoverished people tend to change their address frequently.   In my twenties I got a new apartment and roomates almost every year.   Some states laws now would not allow me to vote unless I updated my license each time I moved.    I dont recall that being  a requirement in the Constitution and its a huge pain in the ass for people who move alot, work two jobs and aren't flush with cash.

But who cares about voter id ?  - that isnt the issue the current rounf of voter suppression laws.

Reducing early voting, getting rid of drive through voting, getting rid of drop boxes, and replacing non-partisan committees with partisan hacks are the real developments.  And allowing partsian state legisatures to decertify election results if they dont like the outcome.   Oh, and getting rid of the water bottles that bribe homeless people to vote for Democrats.   Boilerman can tell you all about that big scandal.

All of this was to address and appease the giant lie still being told by the sore loser, crybaby, ex-president who cant handle the fact that AMerica doesnt want to be run entitled, elitist narcissists and their alt-white agenda.

Okay PJ, let's start with you're first voter suppression issue.  What is the exact change in early voting rules that make it hard for Liberals to vote?  We all went over this a year ago.  It was bull shit then and it's bull shit now.

Did you read my list?  Which part of that list do you think makes it less difficult to vote?  Was it the reducing early voting?  Or letting Republicans single handedly count votes instead of a bi-partisan committee?    Do tell.   More importantly, what legitimate problem were Republicans trying to fix by passing these laws?
