Kevin, then explain why positive tests in Indiana were flat for a month while deaths dropped each of those four weeks and the two weeks beyond.........allowing for the lagging indicator.

Please explain how this could happen.

I have never cheered for the Florida and Nebraska governors.  Frankly, I don't know a bunch of what's going on there.

Kevin, deaths are decreasing across the US, and apparently you've not done your homework on this.  One has to dig really really hard to find the short paragraph in the NY Times data website that says this, however no chart.  They don't want people to know the good news.  Otherwise they would graph it just as they do cases.

The whole story would be all of the data...like my chart.    The partial story would be cherry picking data from one state..like Boilerman did.

Cherry picking data is putting up your chart and not including death data.  Death have been on a consistent decrease in the US, as the NY Times tucks away in their corona website.  They don't provide a chart on deaths, and isn't that the most important thing?

US death data can be found on this site.  No US Liberal rag is mentioning this data, because the case data looks far more scary and makes Trump look bad.  It's down about 75% from the peak.

You're talked about the company that reopend about six weeks ago and there are zero articles about Farbest Foods and corona in six weeks.  In other words, it's fine and I'd happily take a tour of the plant.

Doctors have made great strides in the last 2 months on effectively treating the disease.    (none of which include drinking the fish-tank cleaner as recommended by our President)

That has nothing to do with the infection rate of the disease or its impact on our economy which I believe is what you have been saying all along was the most important thing.

You now have several RED States led by die-hard Red governors who are stalling the opening of their economies because the infection rate has become too high and is overwhelming their hospitals.    I only note the political affiliation of those states/governors so as to make it clear they are not sabotaging the economy for anti-Trump reasons which is the FOX news conspiracy.

So in summary, the US is hitting an unnecessary brick wall in reopening its economy that Europe is not.      They dont struggle with a government that is rescinding testing   or a population that refuses to comply with simple protocols that keep the spread in check.
