House Republicans BRING THE RECEIPTS To Prove Hunter Biden's Tax Crimes

Well, I give a shit about facts which is where you chime in and say we just have to agree to disagree or something.     Isnt it amusing how the burden of proof requiremnents on this board are so different between the defendants?

The Trump evidence consists of his own recordings....his own admissions....testimnony from his own staff....hard evidence...photographs....  and paper trails.   Those are called facts.   Thats not my belief.     And yet somehow our resident right wingers say its  a big witch hunt that isnt based on facts.   (You dont get indicted in the absence of facts - thats why we have grand juries)

The Biden evidence is that is son did some shady shit.....and Republicans say they have annonyomous "whsitleblowers" they cant find who have recordings they cant find and money trails they cant find.     And the reason they cant find them is because they have " beliefs" that Trump's appointed investigators are really biased liberals working with Hunter Biden behind the scenes.   ANd holy shit.

So I'll stand by my facts.  And you can stand by your beliefs.   So be it.

But I'll throw you a bone, Charles.   If Joe hides like a sniveling coward and claims executive privlege, or fires people in the Justice Department, or obstructs the investigation I'll be sure call him out on it..   I cant recall you doing that when Trump engaged in that behavior.   But thats ok.   I'nm sure you had some good "beliefs" as to why not.

I didn't say you HAD to agree with anything.I simply stated my opinions regarding the DOJ and FBI's differential handling of R's vs D's in these investigations and prosecutions. You are fully encouraged to harbor your own opinion. Further, how many times have I said I'm done / not voting for Trump? All I asked of late regarding him was that he receive a fair shake amongst all the purported evidence lined up against him. Geeze, you libs draw him like a gun; it's tired and short on ammo as far as I'm concerned. But the good thing as far as you're concerned is, you don't have to agree with that, either. That in no way peels the shingles off my roof.

Republicans say they have annonyomous "whsitleblowers"

The whistleblower have names & have been testifying in front of Congress - pay attention

If Joe hides like a sniveling coward

Actually he is a coward as he has repeatedly refused to answer questions on this subject.  Again pay attention

and claims executive privlege, or fires people in the Justice Department, or obstructs the investigation

He doesn't have to that as the DOJ is covering/obstructing for him.  Read the articles that have been posted

If they arent annonymous then you can tell me their names, Tom, right?

Joe is on record saying he wasnt involved with his son's business.  DO you have a Rupet Murdoch aticle that shows he was....and by "show" I mean facts not beliefs or you asking me a question?

And thanks for confirming the QaNon conspiracy of liberal  Boogeymen in Trump's Justice Department.    You cant make that shit up.

Yeah, well, the two cases may be handled differently in the same way and for the same reasons that mass murder and parking violations are handled differently. Whatever Hunter did isn't remotely as serious as what Trump did. That's unequivocal and makes your argument kind of, frankly, ridiculous.

Why do you conservatives deploy the tired old false equivalence argument so often? Is it because the evidence against Trump is so voluminous, the only resistance he can put up is to say it's a witch hunt and what about HIM, huh, huh, huh?? Pro tip for ya: it's no defense to a crime to say, "That guy did it, too" even if such a statement is 100 percent true.

I totally agree that you are entitled to your own opinion. I can't help but note the irony, though, of your supporting a political party that wants to snuff out free speech and expression. You can pooh-pooh that all you want, but if they ultimately win (and they still might), there will be only one kind of opinion that can be expressed here or anywhere else. Chew on that for a while--and be honest.

Why talk to stupid Tommie-poo as if he were objective or rational? We all know that he'll dig up whatever totally facty facts "support" his preconceived opinions.

He's a fucking deluded idiot.

Names were posted in previouly supplied links one of which was yesterday; try to keep up

To date, Biden has met with at least 14 of Hunter’s business associates over 16 occasions between 2010 and 2018.

In February 2014, Joe Biden had lunch in the West Wing with Hunter’s Mexican business associates, Miguel Aleman Velasco and Miguel Aleman Magnani, and was pictured giving them a tour of the White House press briefing room. At the time of the meeting, Hunter, Velasco, and Magnani were in the process of striking a deal to invest in Pemex, a Mexican oil and gas company.

In October 2015, Hunter set up a phone call between Joe Biden and Carlos Slim, another Mexican billionaire and business partner in the Pemex deal. Around this time, Hunter was also seeking Slim’s investment in ePlata, a payroll processing company.

In November 2015, Joe Biden hosted Hunter, Magnani, Velasco, and Slim at the Naval Observatory – the Vice President’s residence – in Washington, D.C.

In July 2010, Joe Biden spoke over the phone with Hunter’s longtime business associate, Eric Schwerin, regarding his personal finances. At the time, Schwerin was serving as president of Rosemont Seneca, the investment firm Hunter Biden co-founded in 2009. Between 2009 and 2016, Schwerin visited the White House at least 27 times.

In April 2011, Chris Heinz visited Joe Biden in the West Wing according to White House visitor logs. Heinz, the stepson of John Kerry and Hunter’s co-founder of Rosemont Seneca, served as a top executive at the firm with Hunter.

In April 2014, Joe Biden met with Devon Archer in the White House. Archer co-founded Rosemont Seneca with Chris Heinz and Hunter Biden in 2009. Six days after this meeting with Biden, Archer joined the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company. Weeks later, Hunter followed in Archer’s footsteps and joined the board of Burisma.

In August 2014, Joe Biden, Hunter, and Devon Archer golfed together in the Hamptons. At the time of the photo, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer were both serving on the board of Burisma.

In February 2016, Hunter and Jeff Cooper, one of Hunter’s business associates, joined Joe Biden on a flight to Mexico City for a business trip aboard Air Force Two. At the time, Hunter and Cooper were in the midst of brokering a “gigantic” deal with the Aleman family to profit from the privatization of Pemex and were pursuing additional ventures with Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim.

Cooper also attended the November 2015 meeting between Joe Biden, Hunter, Velasco, Magnani, and Slim at the Naval Observatory. Cooper had previously worked on a 2006 deal with Hunter and James Biden – Joe’s brother – to buy hedge fund Paradigm, and his former law firm – SimmonsCooper – had donated roughly $200,000 to Biden’s campaigns from 2001 to 2008.

In May 2016, Joe Biden met with Schwerin at a “trendy Italian restaurant” in Washington, D.C.

In September 2016, Joe Biden attended a fundraiser in South Carolina for Francis Person, one of Hunter’s business associates and Biden’s former advisor, who at the time was running for Congress. Person was president of the Harves Group, a Chinese government-linked real estate development firm, at this time.

Shortly before the September fundraiser, Person, Hunter, and Schwerin were discussing a deal to “build NBA branded stadiums around China.”

As recently as March 2017, Rosemont Seneca Advisors held financial interests in multiple Harv

Where in my statements did I equate the Trump and Biden cases? Nowhere. So, you can take your ridiculous charge, crush it up, and smoke it ( or chew on it, if preferred). Try not to spit on the sidewalk as you spit at all the conservatives.

All true conservatives loathe any potential snuffing out of free speech. I mean..the real die-hard ones..the ones with a certificate, etc. Turns out you really don't have a studied background regarding the true conservative view on free speech. At some point in this argument, as always, the tenets have to be defined. What is free speech? When are the boundaries crossed? Incidences of child pornography, fraud, incitement, threats, libel, slander, defamation, fighting words; ultimately do no harm..any speech that potentially endangers the lives, property, and health of others is somewhat a bottom-line boundary.

There's no way that we'll be living in any locale where there'll be only one-sided speech and expression. There might be and are individual communities that lean heavily one way or another That, sir..is indeed ridiculous. Typically, you blanket - categorize the entire lot of conservatives as rotten through and through..on all issues...simply because you disagree with them on the array of positions that you adhere to. As far as I'm concerned, you can have your space. Similar to the US history of the past 250+ years, everybody makes choices and decisions that hopefully culminates in achieving  their personal lofty quest for liberty and that ' happiness' thing. Fortunately, it ain't the same for all citizens; never has been and never will be.

Great Scott !  Tom found it, folks  !   The big solid brick of evidence that proves Joe Biden is a crook !

Joe had phone calls with Hunter. Got that?  He had the audacity to communicate with his own son....on a telephone no less.     There's no "pay" cited...or no resulting "play" cited.   But there were phone calls.   Joe was on one phone and Hunter was on the other.    So the only rational explanation is money laundering !

Nice try, Charles. Of course, you never specifically used that language. But your "proof" that Trump is the poor, poor victim of a witch hunt is that Biden isn't being dragged off in chains for having a son who cheated on his taxes. Absolute, unequivocal proof of bias!!!!!!! OOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I agree that conservatism USED to be a viable, defensible political philosophy, aside from its fundamental flaws (change is BAD!!!!). But NOW...it's all about conspiracy theories, virtue signaling, and strenuous efforts to strip away the rights of people who aren't white and male. So sad that you refuse to acknowledge how anti-democratic and downright mean-spirited your gang has become.

I also regret that you don't acknowledge how close we are to fascism and the snuffing out of democracy. I guarantee that nine out of ten places where democracy died, most people said to themselves, "That can never happen here." Many such people told themselves that the real goal of those who eventually seized power was to make people's lives better. Observe how tiresomely and frequently the RepubliQ and the MAGAs wave the flag and babble about "traditional American values" (like "blacks aren't human").

The loss of our freedoms won't be brought about by those people, though. It'll be brought about by those who condone and endorse their actions. Congrats, Charles.
