How are you going to spend you check?

Less than half of that amount would go to helping people. Most of it would go to helping corporations.

Just like Trump's tax cut scam, it's crumbs for the working class and a giant frosted wedding cake for the rich. And Democrats have caved, because they don't want to be portrayed as getting in the way of the crumbs.

$1200 per person? That wouldn't even pay for one of Moscow Mitch's suits. It's like the Coast Guard speeding up to a life raft, throwing the survivors a box of saltines, then speeding away.

Well this is a bummer.  Your Venezeuala check might be delayed by a few days as President Trump has demanded his signature appear on the check itself.

(I plugged in all my info only to have it tell me it cant find my records.   Either I'm not a citizen of Venezeula or maybe the website isn't working until Trump can put his signature on that too. Your guess is as good as mine.).

At least we won't have to wait for the pens to be delivered...

Other Treasury officials says that the checks won't be delayed, so who knows. 

And exactly what reason did Trump give for insisting that his signature be on the checks?

The only thing I can think of is that he wants to take credit for giving people all that money. Maybe, in his twisted mind, he thinks that people will see his signature and think, "Ooooh, Trumpie-poo gave me $1200! What a nice man! I'll be sure to vote for him in November!"

That sounds farcical, but I'll bet it describes his thinking pretty accurately.

I think its great.  What better way to immortalize Trump's sponcership of Socialism than putting his name on the check.   

Its kinda like this one that immortalized his campaign fraud and sent his lawyer to prison for Trump's crimes.

I would like to see zero packages to anyone.  That being said, the goal is not to enrich companies, but to keep people employed.
