Seemlessly ? No. In fact, no state has had a seemless process with the record amount of claims. But Florida is dead last and thats not by accident - thats by design. And thats not my opinion.

Back in NY the idiot governor sent China virus cases to nursing homes (where the most vulnerable lived), instead of sending them to the Javits Ctr or the Comfort which were barely used.
Hundreds died as a result.

Kevin is correct. It's the Wuhan virus. That's Wuhan, China, which is some 500 miles west of Shanghai.
The tri-state area has 45% of the country's cases, which were highlighted by Abbot & Costello telling everyone to go parades, ride the trains, parties & movies. This was followed up with stuffing the nursing homes with infected people. Nursing homes have 25% of NYS deaths.
If wasn't for these 2 idiots, the number of cases would be significantly lower.

...according to the political lobby for the nursing homes. And of course Fox News/New York Post.
Some New York nursing homes are now being investigating for violating health laws relating to quarantines, keeping exposed staff separate, and lack of protective medical gear.
Of course, one of the reasons they didn't have enough protective gear is that THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION SENT OVER 35,000 POUND OF PROTECTIVE MEDICAL GEAR TO CHINA IN FEBRUARY.
