In all honesty DD I would be much more receptive to the point you are trying to make if you would drop the rhetoric.

But, . . . but, . . . poor old DonDiego wants to have fun too.

Fun, like beauty, must be in the eye of the beholder.
The real question that no liberal will honestly answer is, why did ObeyMe change his signature legislation again?
Isn't it an amazing coincidence that all these changes are delayed until after elections.

Remember last fall when obama/pelosi/reid said the law was the law and couldn't be changed

Same reason Bush changed the implementation of Medicare Part D after unforeseen foul-ups in that law. Because it needed changing. And don't pretend this is about "blaming" Bush.

Bush did the right thing. Ditto Obama.

Since Liberals don't care when Obama makes up law as he goes along, will their be calm if a Conservative President simply uses his pen and Obamacare is out?

By the time there's a conservative President again, the only pens still around will be in museums, and Obamacare will be long gone, replaced by single payer.

2. DonDiego believes the Obamacare Care legislation is the Law of the Land; the President does not have the Constitutional Power to amend the Congressional Law at his whim.
Permitting the President to do so is bad policy for the Country and its citizens.

From CNBC Delayed: Obamacare’s employer mandate for small businesses

"Companies that have 100 or more full-time workers, defined as employees who work more than 30 hours per week, still will have to begin complying with the mandate to offer such coverage in 2015 or face financial penalties of at least $2,000 and up to $3,000 per worker.

Officials said that any business claiming they are eligible for the new one-year delay because they have fewer than 100 workers must certify, under penalty of perjury, that it had not reduced its workforce merely to qualify for that exemption."

DonDiego calls attention to the second paragraph.

Congress passed no such Law requiring companies reducing the number of their employees to "certify under penalty of perjury" that they did not do so to avoid the exemption. Because there was no exemption, . . . until yesterday!
Does the reader really want the President to have this power? Change the Law and make up a new exemption and invent a new class of perjury? REALLY?
OK. OK. DonDiego will try one more time: What if it were Richard Cheney doing it?

The Thought Police ( aka "thinkpol" in Newspeak) are the secret police of Oceania.
It is the job of the Thought Police to uncover and punish thoughtcrime and thought-criminals.
The Thought Police also target and eliminate highly intelligent people, since they may come to realize how the Party is exploiting them.

But some folks just never learn.

All that Orwellian hyperbole sure makes me want to wet my pants.
The president defining rules by which he will enforce the law does not.

OR DOES IT?!?!?!?!

DonDiego asks the reader to imagine a better world in which Richard Cheney were President.
Suppose that President Cheney declared a change, . . . a modification, . . . NO, A TWEAK to a piece of Tax Legislation by adding a provision that any Corporation the name of which begins with the letter "H" would be exempt from paying taxes for three years commencing on the January 1st next. And any Corporation which sought the exemption would have to certify under penalty of perjury that if they had changed their corporate name to one beginning with an "H", they had not done so to get the tax break.

DonDiego would be quite concerned, f'rexample, that the Chief Executive of HonHiego Enterprises, . . . whoever that might be, . . . might find himself incarcerated, . . . again.
