Okay, someone here is saying that this technology was made available in the 1970's, meaning that the patent expired about 20 years ago. Why haven't you or anyone else gone to the patent office, looked up all the technical files for free, and produce this technology. Because it doesn't freaking work, that's why!
This concept that folks are hiding technology what would make a car company TRILLIONS and TRILLIONS IN PROFITS is ludicrous.

Neither industry has any interest in reducing their profits and benefit consumers by allowing something to reach the public that could/would reduce that industry's tremendous sales and humongous profits.
