Anyone Ever Get Out Of a Cell Phone Ticket?

That's not going to happen tree. We have commisioners and not judges in our courts. I can still hope he either doesn't show up or he lost his notes!

Being a smart ass about it just makes you look more foolish Bag.
You being a bitter poster about almost everything during the last several months hasn't made you look any better either. What made you so bitter treegirl? You used to be fun.

Standing up for the law is being bitter?
What else you got?

I've got nothing. Never mind, enjoy your depression. You used to be fun, not so much anymore, which is sad.
I'm more of a spirit of the law kinda guy. Of course the law was written for a reason, to dissuade folks from driving and talking/textin on the cell and discourage people from doing it. I think Bags should've gotten off with a written warning and informed of the fine if he got caught again. My little sister is a cop in a small town and I've asked about her work, like how many DUI's ,tickest and such, she says normally she lets people of with a warning for most minor offenses that, like not wearing a seatbelt and such. She says she's not out to "get" people, she's genuinely out to watch out for their best interest. Anyway, I think a warning should've being issued since he was at a red light and there was no endangerment, but he got a cop with a hard on who wanted to be a dick about it and wrote the ticket. As someone else said, pay the ticket and move on.

It also does not hurt to be polite to the officer that pulled you over. Ask Judge Judy, just saw one the other day about a smart ass that was pulled over. He refused to sign the ticket because the officer wrote the wrong color of his car on the ticket. JJ had a field day with this guy.

Does your husband make your tickets "disappear"?

If I answer no you won't believe me.
If I answer yes you will call me a hypocrite.
So you pick an answer that suits you.

You set yourself up for the question......
So I'll take that as a "Yes".
Gosh, I'm being insulted by 2 posters too lazy to even get an avatar.
Looser Poster and Tommy I am a boring bowling nerd.
