Could be why you are not 400 lbs.

I had a full checkup before I quit my job last year. They said I was as strong as a horse. A little chubby, but she did say that I'm in better shape that some 30 year olds she sees and I'll be 56 in October.

I was on rayx2s' level volume-wise only with mountain dew. I'd stop at 7-11 on the way to work(super big gulp), again at lunch(same) and at least one other misc. 7-11 stop during the day. Then I'd polish off another 2 liter or many cans in the evening.

I'm not sure what how or why but I phased out drinking caffeine, I don't recall any intentions or anything, guess I maybe got tired of MD? and started drinking sprite and some water. Now to this day I CANNOT drink any caffeine at all. Last time I had any my heary did some weird crap and got the shakes so It's sprite (actually food lions brand, like it better) for me.

Goodness. I thought my 16 oz per day was excessive.
Caffiene free diet pepsi, at home I put in a slice of lemon.
I'm also a Perrier drinker, ice cold on a hot summer day.

Ray (2 two liters on average per day)
Four liters of Pepsi per day is 1,680 calories per day.

The same number of calories as 0.97 pounds of granulated sugar. Basically, 1 pound of granulated sugar a day.

One of these every four days.

Wow, that's a lot.
TG, it depends. For me it's not so good and I typically have a can of pepsi a day. Although in a way it is good for me as I'm on a water pill that breaks down salt.

All my troubles go down the drain....

I print that map before every vacation.

Strickly a diet soda drinker, never the sugar loaded regular. Top choice when I want a jolt is Pepsi Max, twice the caffeine of Coke Zero, which I also like. Diet Pepsi is fine, caffeine free Diet Pepsi late in the day. Not real fond of regulat Diet Coke. Diet 7 Up also good, no caffeine.
