Equality

99 percent of employers are color blind, the only color they see is green, so whom ever is willing to work and make the employer money will be hired and will be kept on, sorry but it is that simple. The government need not get involved.
51, I didn't want to clog up a lot of space by quoting your entire post, but this is response to the small part you asked about.

Both of these statements show EXACTLY what I was referring to when I posted about those who claim to know who is a bigot/racist or not,Forky does the same sh!t as well,It just gets really old.

Taken from a quote off BM's response to chili-I do appreciate his candor, however. Lots of racists learn to conceal that affliction so that it has to be inferred. Boilerman's upfront about it.

Taken from 51's post-Chilcoot is right, at least this psycho says it loud and proud instead of pointing fingers and screaming "RACE BAITING!!". He is at least a partially honest monster.

All of the Liberals on this site are telling us that blacks and whites are equal performers in the job market; a stance which is virtually statistically impossible. Apparently some of you believe that ignoring the truth makes one one enlightenend, while stating the truth makes one a bigot.

Come on Number 51, let's talk basketball...
How about Major League Baseball?

"Umpires were 10 percent less likely to expand the strike zone for African-American pitchers than for Caucasian pitchers, but race did not seem to influence whether an umpire called a pitch a ball when it was actually a strike."

And no, the umpires don't necessarily have to be racist, they just have to live in America. It comes with the territory.
Once again I will ask you all believe that all races are created equal? If so, why do we see more black folks playing in the NBA and NFL?

I don't know if Average Black Guy has the ability to outperform Average White Guy in school, but it's a fact that Average Black guy falls short. Statistics prove my point, and until we can talk about this fact, Average Black Guy will continue to fall short.

The same is happening in the work place, and claiming it's only due to racism will only perpetuate the problem.

I'd be interested to see definitive proof regarding balls and strikes. I'm quite a baseball fan and was a Boiler baseball player many years ago. While I doubt that Forkie can provide such proof, if his premise is true that's a bad thing.

I've always claimed that racism hurts blacks. I see Liberals using this as an excuse to give black folks a pass for lack of effort at school and in the workplace. I would love to see this group to become more successful, but Liberal coddling policies won't allow this to happen.

The above may be due more to the skill level than anything else. I don't think there was a black pitcher in last year's All Star game.

The other analysis showed that stars are more likely to get the benefit of calls (which happens in all sports)

Actually, it happens in life. Certain groups get the benefit of the doubt, don't they?

I always appreciate the ones who, after they digging their own graves and hopping in, are also considerate enough to keep pulling more dirt on top of their empty, racist heads.

Keeps the hands clean.

See? Exactly my point again. Judge, jury, and executioner. More of the "all knowing, all judging..etc. etc.". God, it must feel good to know so many absolutes.Racist calls in baseball?, by a margin of 10%!? So for example, Japanese umpires would call these differently? This is getting pretty comical.
You're again dodging a question which proves your premise wrong.
