The official investigation ended long before Darryl Issa's desperate fishing expedition for Lois Lerner's emails....but if thats what you are hanging your hat on you should realize that emails have a receiver as well as sender. If obama was getting incriminating emails from Lois Lerner there will be a record of them in his computer. But by the time that fact has dawned on the birthers they will have long surpassed this conspiracy and moved onto the next.

Why yes email can be archived many different ways, and of course you are aware of the rules of destroying hard drives and the paper work involved? The IRS is required to save information and yet they lose 2 years of emails AFTER being told to produce them? Of course if they were aware of said missing emails then they lied to congress. Yet PJ thinks everything is hunky dory at the IRS????
PJ forgets one Scooter Libby who was guilty of "perjury" of when he knew of the CIA employee. Yet there are numerous people who are doing the same thing at the IRS and you want to do nothing?
