Thank Goodness, the French are with the US, . . .

The only thing Obama is" struggling with" is keeping his lies straight.

With the majority of the rest of most AMERICAN's, waiting to see what oour response was going to be of being bitch slapped hard by some POS terrorists on the international stage. So tored of hearing the crying about oil wells, WMD's or whatever. The US was going to go kick someones ass regardless and well we should have, to the extent of how far we went, well that's hindsight. Iraq seemed as good a place a ny to start, the logistics were already there and it was a response.

To even imply that there is any similarity between then and now for US involvement and reasons for such is so way off the mark, not even apples and oranges but then again, I'm sure you'll find a way. Some might buy it, I won't 'cause I know you.

J

WTF? That is some serious babbling bullshit right there, and very bold.

Not sure, but are you saying we invaded Iraq because of 9/11?

Even with all the lies put out by the Bush administration, even they stated clearly that Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.

"The US was going to go kick someones ass" That is so messed up. We should have invaded Peru, they're closer.

He's saying that we invaded Iraq because we were really mad after 9/11 and because "the logistics were in place".

If being angry and having military capacity nearby is why we attacked Iraq, it probably would have made more (less?) sense to attack Canada.

Who am I kidding. You were right in the first place, he really was just babbling incoherently lol.

So you're saying invading Iraq was a good idea because it gave you a woody? So was it worth it?

And hindsight my ass. Back then people abler than you knew that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11, that Bush and Rumsfeld wanted any pretense to go after Iraq, that the yellowcake and aluminum tubes stories were laughable, that Shiite bin Laden hated Sunni Saddam, and that fundamentalist al qaeda hated secular Baghdad.

But all of the above still doesn't matter to you, as long as we killed some Mooslems, right? And hundreds of thousands of deaths and trillions of dollars later, you dare to offer an opinion on anything related to foreign policy. You should be more humble jatki, because you clearly have much to be humble about.

Guess I should just put these in the delete thread
Yes. There were 189 signees to that anti-gas agreement weren't there?

Be interesting to put them all in a room now and see what they have to say wouldn't it?

You'd probably think you were at a convention of deaf-mutes.

What's your buddy Tebow up to these days ?
I try not to live a hypocritical life. I didn't support military action in Iraq and I don't support getting into another misadventure in Syria. I recall when George Bush was asked how we would pay for the war in Iraq he said we shouldn't worry about it and we should go shopping instead. Years later we found out Grandma and Grandpa was supposed to pay for it with cuts to their Social Security benefits.

I note Obama has been sounding a lot like Bush saying we will find the money somewhere. I am guessing somewhere is inside Grandma and Grandpas pockets again. If the answer to every domestic problem is we can't afford to do anything about it then we sure as shit can't afford to dick around in Syria.
According to obama paraphrased and in no particular order

Syria cannot cross the red line
Syria may have crossed the red line
Syria has crossed the red line
I didn't establish the red line
We must act immediately
It must be decisive
It will be a shot across the bow
It can wait a few weeks while I consult Congress
