There you go conservatives: Obamacare is failing

Everything is OK now, 38 days after this fiasco launched, our President said he was sorry......

I feel so much better now - heck I'm seeing rainbows

I saw on the news tonight that he apologized, that makes it all better!

Thank God I've got coverage from the VA as a 22 year service veteran. Let's see how long that holds out....

Obama saying he is sorry does not change the facts that this abomination of health care is nothing but an ill conceived pile of bullchit. The so called law needs to be repealed.

Yes, we know we know, you've mentioned for about the tenth time at least. Say something once and post when you have something new to add.

How about:

  • In it's first months Medicare Part D hadn't gone well, or...
  • In it's first month, the Iraq War appeared to be going well, or...
  • In it's first months, the Apple Macintosh hadn't done well, or...

...well you get the picture. Or do you? (I always try to be optimistic about such things!)

  • More incompetence. We now know that the website was designed to handle 1,100 people at a time

Has chilly, forky and pj signed up for obamacare?

I wonder why rdwoodpecker hasn't convinced the Congressional Budget Office that we can't afford Obamacare. They keep saying it'll save us money, $109 billion over the next ten years.

But what do they know, they're only the Congressional Budget office, staffed with professional economists, budget and financial analysts, mathmaticians and the like.

    He's rdwoodpecker for gosh sake!

  • We totally should have turned around on Omaha Beach when a couple of our soldiers got their socks wet.

I do it interesting that he's gone from "if you like your current insurance..bla,blah blah, PERIOD" to a few weeks ago when asked about all the people that were being cancelled and responded to "well, they just need to go out and buy a new policy", to yesterday saying"I'm soory, we didn't know blah, blah, blah".

I understand that all politicians, lie, stretch the truth, empty promises and such, but this was pretty much downright deceit on his part. He knew and all the people that came up wit it behind closed doors knew it that there were going to be these consequences. There is no way he would've would've won a second term if folks had known the truth about Obamacare and all of it's effects. I think that a good portion of the country feel deceived as well and they don't care for it, this hasn't been your run of the mill broken politicians promise. IMHO of course

So in essence Forkie and Chilcoot are saying, we're sorry if you or a loved one may have stage 3 or 4 cancer and that you had your insurance cancelled due to Obamacare, but you are doing a great sacrifice for our country while our president tries to get his shit together.

Dude, in 2010 the administration said "40 to 67 percent of individual policies will lose their grandfathered status in 2011."

I think 2010 was two years before the re-election. So much for that conspiracy theory, huh?

    Boo hoo hoo!

The five percent of us who don't get our insurance from an employer or through Medicare and Medicaid and who have been ripped off for years in the individual health insurance market are being forced to get actual health insurance! Insurance that covers stuff no one ever needs like prescription drugs, maternity care, and hospitalization!

Now, if we get sick, we'll have health insurance that'll actually pay for the care we need, rather than relying on bankruptcy and leaving the rest of society to foot the bill!

    BOO HOO HOO!!!
