Besides, Obama can NOT fire the Secretary of HHS because the Republicans would refuse to confirm ANY replacement in their frenzy to sabotage. I bet you can't name one Obama supporter that you honestly think they would confirm.
So one of the main options of any president - or any CEO - is unavailable to Obama because of a Republican party that actually admires people like Ted Cruz. So like I said, don't fart and then point at the dog.
