I can't believe the breakfast prices i am seeing from these places.I mean how much of breakfast can you eat. Also some of the discounts you can get the same with your players card. You have to watch on these buffets also as the dinner menu will have a lot of old food from the lunch menu as they have a lot of the same stuff on both feedings, but i personally like to stay away from them unless something special.

    Recommended/Rated Buffets
Is there a top 10 list or recommended list of buffets?

  • rod2017 Aug-13-2017
    STAR RATINGS???
what happen to the star ratting on the buffets? that was the best thing about this site. is it coming back???

  • Deke Castleman Aug-31-2017
    star ratings
The star ratings are there; they're just a little faint and hard to see when no one has rated a buffet yet. You'll find them in the top right on the buffet pages, right after Rating: and just above the View All User Comments.

  • Dave Sep-02-2017
    I hope this listing improves.
Where is the Star Ratings and ALL the OLD COMMENTS, prior to this NEW WEBSITE??? This format gives the impression that the programmer was a bit lazy.

  • Dave Sep-27-2017
    Star ratings
Star ratings should be visible ON THE LIST, I really do not like reading ALL the listed buffets just to find the star rating.

    Mirage Buffet is great
We went yesterday and also 2 weeks ago because of the coupons. That is one coupon we would never let go to waste. The food was great as usual, Walt especially loves the fish offerings, carving station, and especially the clam chowder, and all the beer and wine included in the price. The salad section is wonderful with all the fancy cheeses and breads. Very nice. Hope the coupon is there next year.

    buffet coupons added
I like the addition of the buffet coupon offers from the Member Rewards book so you can easily see what buffets have the coupon discounts. Good move.

New to this- Buffet 2 for 1
Hi, I just purchased this, new to this whole idea. I am planning to visit LAS end of Feb. For the buffet at Wynn, the coupon for is only for lunch? Do I get to use one coupon per section as listed above? Mainly interested in Aria and Wynn buffets for dinners..

Also the hotel deals don't look that great, is there a better way to find a better rate? Thank you much for any insights.

    Westgate Lunch
What are the times for the Westgate Lunch coupon? It doesn’t look like they are open for lunch but 5his book offers a coupon for lunch. They are open according to this site for breakfast, weekend brunch, and dinner so 2hen is this coupon for?

Many off-strip buffets close between meals
Boyd, Rampart and many others of-strip. However, some more expensive and Strip Buffets do not. You can determine this by looking at the above list. I believe that this is because these buffets need the extra customers, as the one we always go early to, was not-as-busy without the fugal early birds. The really good ones have special lunch items that do not carry over into dinner. We always skip a meal before, to enjoy a truly premium buffet.

    Cosmopolitan, be aware...
To receive the 2/1 coupon at Cosmo buffet, you must enrol to their Identity Club. Once that you are enrolled, you only can use their coupon once. This means that if you buy the booklet of coupons for next year you wont be able to redeem it again unless you are with a friend or a family member not enrolled to the Identity Club.

    Gold Coast Price Change
At Gold Coast, the breakfast club discount is just $1, making the actual price $8.99, not $7.99 as listed above.

  • SoulSeekerUSA Jan-11-2019
    Prices, WOW
It has been a while since I have been to Vegas but I used to live there. The prices for the buffets are 5-10 times the price they were 20 years ago. I was looking through these and I cannot believe what they are charging these days. Cheap food used to be part of the draw to Vegas, no wonder tourism is half of what it used to be.

    Medley Buffet at the Orleans
we really enjoy the Medley Buffet at the Orleans, but loved it more back when it was $7.99. We usually hit it when we have food vouchers or get the Two for Tuesday comp when we come into town for a few days. Food tastes good and there is a nice selection. Service has also been excellent every time we go, which has been more than a dozen times in the last 6 years.

    Las Vegas
I recently returned from a fabulous Vegas vacation. We bought a VegasStronger vacation package and had a great time. It is very convenient that this company provides the ability to customize the package to suit your needs. I would highly recommend them for your next Vegas vacation.

    Disappointing
So there are exactly zero discounted buffets on the Strip or downtown for solo diners.

Only buffet going right now...BUT a good one
My wife and I were at South Point January 2021 for business. We stayed at South Point when we go to Las Vegas from so. Cal. 240 miles one way. This buffet was absolutely delicious. I am not a foodie or professional, but the prime rib was very very good and medium rare to medium on request. It was sooo good. My wife's piece was the same. You MUST have a reservation, and a players card for a discount. Since we stayed there, we received a half off coupon for the lunch buffet so basically two for one because we each had a coupon from the funbook they gave us on arrival. All food was served as you cannot serve yourself or is very limited. Super friendly wait staff and efficient. I think the prices listed here are a little low for the current times. Masks required in the entire casino. They even asked me to lower my my mask when I was smoking a cigar. Very enjoyable buffet with lots of choice including Mongolian stir fry.gelato.white chocolate covered cheesecake pops **** for sure

    buffets in LV
I'm a local now. There is only the one casino buffet (Southpoint) open now. There are several buffets open that aren't located in casinos. Chinatown has a few, John's Incredible, Mint Indian..just to name a few. I expect that towards the end of March or beginning of April, we will see a few more casino buffets come back online as demands pick up and vaccines are more prevalent.

South Point breakfast buffet has reopened
Last Monday, after a brief shutdown, the South Point reopened their buffet for breakfast. So we went on Wednesday to check it out, and it was just as good as we remembered. They even have an omelet station, where you can get freshly made omelets or eggs cooked to order. Of course, they have everything you'd expect from a breakfast buffet... eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns, ham, freshly cut up fruit, an assortment of breakfast pastries and muffins, and choice of beveredges. Servers behind the various stations dish out your selection instead of you doing it yourself, but that's not a problem. Just let them know what you want, and if it's not enough, just tell them and they'll dish out more. Best of all, the 2-for-1 printable rewards coupon was accepted, so with the players card, we both ate breakfast for $10 plus tax, and also left a nice tip for the server on the table. For breakfast buffets, it's the best deal going in Las Vegas right now, better than the Cosmo's $38.

    club card
How can I get this card for discount?

  • Dorothy Kahhan May-27-2021
Nice to see the buffets coming back
WIth Caesars, Circus, and MGM Grand joining Cosmo and South Point, that's 5 we have now. I don't see how Stations is going to permanently keep their buffets closed with the trend towards reopening. They rely on locals for their business, and many will go elsewhere to get the full casino experience, which includes the buffets.

    Star rating ?
    How can Caesars Bacchanal
Have same rating as South Point
    Who made this up
    Caesars is best ever food
South point just run of the mill
    Good basic food Good service
    Huge lines
Caesars also long lines even with reservations But food top notch Good service

Today buffets went back to self serve - Went to South Point
It was so wonderful to be able to self serve again finally. The line was long, but it moved quickly. The employees really know how to keep that place moving.

    South point buffet
About the closest thing to an original Las Vegas buffet !! Reasonable pricing, good food, great selection. I have been going every week since they reopened and it’s been great every time.

  • Weigl Jun-25-2021
    Not paying $70
Vegas is quickly becoming the playground of the rich, not the middle class. $70 for a buffet is just too much

  • Dorothy Kahhan Jul-02-2021
That's a huge jump in price for Caesars Bacchannal buffet
At $65 for dinner, we were considering going to the Bacchanal buffet, but with the $10 bump to $75, we feel that they're out to gouge their customers, and won't give them the satisfaction. There are other options that we'll be taking advantage of.

  • Robert Matthews Aug-02-2021
South Point is best buffet for the money..hands down
I have eaten at the bacchanal and it was memorable, but the rating you have for the South Point is right on. Their buffet has never disappointed and the brunch is incredible. I have had one of the best pieces of prime rib ever at South Point. At the brunch and also at breakfast they have an egg and omelet station and I am a big fan. My wife enjoys it as well and you will always find her finishing it off with gelato and of course the white chocolate CHEESECAKE pops. We like their double double bonus 100 play machines and the dice area for me is always top notch and friendly. SouthPoint mmmmm!

    Coupons
Are they accepting 2/1 coupons for the Rampart buffet?

  • Loanne Sep-16-2021
    Buffet Coupons
Understanding that there are only 10 buffets currently open, I'd like to know why there are no 2 for 1 coupons for these buffets? They seem to be very pricey compared to the buffets that have closed and it would be nice to go to a few of them. But at the cost of some of these buffets, except for maybe Southpoint, I will not be going to them. Do you see any 2 for 1 buffet coupons happening in your 2022 LVA Coupon book?

MGM Buffet Higher on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
The MGM buffet is now $36.99 on Fridays as well as Saturdays and Sundays. Not sure whether this is a permanent change or just temporary since the MGM website still says the higher price is only for "Weekends" and frankly I don't consider Friday part of the "Weekend." Unfortunately, I don't recommend the buffet at this higher price, but this is now what we can expect from the post-COVID Vegas.

Palms re-opening April 27, 2022 - Buffet Not listed on their web site
We had heard that when the Palms reopens, they would have a buffet, but it's not listed on their website as one of the available dining options. Perhaps LVA can get an early tour before the opening date, as some of the news outlets have done, and get a definitive answer for us.

a casino without a buffet needs a mgmt change
buffets a losing proposition? get a life.....station casinos thinks they are losing money on a buffet........i think they have loosened their own screws....buffets suck in people looking for something or nothing......yes a sucker for the rigged casino....i pay &9.50 for the early bird a golden corral........arguably better than any casino buffet.........and no slots.........so someone does not know what they are doing........

    Station Casinos Buffinos

    Useless comments
I suggest that you delete all the comments from 2017 -2020 as they have nothing to do with the current 14 buffets that are open. As to a couple comments. Stations and Boyd still have no intention to open any of their buffets. Caesars properties still say they will not open any more buffets other than the Bacchanal.

    Wokism
Perhaps wokism and speciality diets like Keto and Vegan amongst the wealthy youngsters these days is forcing the casinos to ditch buffets? Or is there something else going on?

  • Weigl Apr-29-2023
Vegas is for the rich now
When I first came to vegas in the 80's, vegas was affordable for middle class folks. Station Casinos catered to locals. Now, Stations dumped their middle class attractions (like buffets). Since the pandemic I havent been to even ONE of the station casinos. I guess the middle class is dead now, and vegas has moved on.

  • Weigl Jun-01-2023
Vegas is for the rich now
The buffets that were a good deal are pretty much gone now. They are priced now for the rich, and not for the middle class anymore. Vegas used to be for everyone, but only South Point could be considered for the middle class.

  • [email protected] Jun-12-2023
    Buffet
If you are looking for a good buffet in Vegas, then don't go to a casino. They are sparse, and when you do find one, they are overpriced, except for the SouthPointe. There are plenty of great Asian buffets off the strip if you are into Asian food too....It aint like the old days in Vegas.... They've lost touch and now use COVID as an aliby for not bringing them back... which is total BS....

  • Weigl Sep-06-2023
    Inflation is only 9%
That’s why buffets are twice the pre pandemic price. So much for truth in givernnent

  • Weigl Jul-02-2024
Golden Corral is the best deal
I dont understand why casinos (other than south point) charge so much. The food at Baccanal wasn't worth the exorbitant wait and price. Great buffet can be had at golden corral for about $12 at lunchtime. If they can do a buffet, why cant a casino do the same thing...

  • Garywally57 Aug-10-2024
    No more bargains!
Such a shame just how expensive buffets or all eateries are in Vegas now.Cheap food used to be one of the great things about visiting Vegas. But what hasn't skyrocketed in price in the last almost 4 years now? Why would anyone want more of this?
