Ok I'll tell you. But you can't be surprised: It's the Southpoint. The absolute No 1, numero uno. Best casino , best eatery, best customer service. I can't imagine any other place in Vegas which is just half as good as they are at the Southpoint.  And this is my undisputed No 1 choice. Has been for years now.

If only they hadn't shat on LVA, then slashed their players' club benefits in half, I'd agree with you.

I got kind of annoyed at their policy of "you only get bounceback offers if you lose." For several years--I was a member of the players' club from the day they opened, in 2004, I think--if I got stomped on one trip, my mailed offers were good; if I won, they were pitiful or even nonexistent. They were, and maybe still are, the only casino on the planet that comps based not on action, but results. So you get penalized for winning and rewarded for losing. Fuck that, I said.

Still, I was willing to play there because of the 0.3% players' club payback, the good VP, and the frequent promos that would elevate that to 0.6%. It was possible to play at +EV, and as you say, the hotel and restaurants are great. Now, the players' club is half of what it was (still better than Boyd or Stations, though).

It's just that like 99.9% of every goddamn thing in Vegas, it ain't as good as it used to be. Sigh.

Why all of the filthy language? Are you unable to post a reply civilly, withhout all of the unnecessary hatred and filth? Show some decency for a change - this is a public forum .

Don't pretend you're offended. You're just stalking me.

I speak for all decent people who read the information here in the Forums.

Well, I'm bound to blow the whistle here:

David, I went back through every post in this extended thread about hotel preferences.  While I've often defended your intent in your postings, I did not find one...not one...attack by Kevin on you or on anybody in this thread, prior to yours.

You are mistaken if you consider my post here an "attack". My post is a response to Lewis's constant filth laden postings and responses - which are unwelcomed by decent people. He can fully well post his content without the inflamatory, hateful dialogue that is unnecessary when he expresses his opinions.

Crazy every subject with you two ends in argument.

Standing up for what is right is not an argurment - it is what one does. Just how does asking for decency and civility equate to being an argument?
