Ahhhhh, . . . New York's Fifth Avenue, . . . then and now

I would like to see the clause in the constitution that allows rioting. The constitution does say one of it's roles is to protect its citizens. 

you do realize if people were not rioting & let the legal system handle it, nobody would been shot. 

P j continues to ignore the hundreds of minorities being shot by other minorities on a weekly basis but makes a big deal out of one incident of which not all the detai!s are available yet. 

Like I said before less blacks have been killed by the police than get shot in 1 week in Chicago or new York. 

He remains unconcerned about the hundreds of police who have been injured, many of whom are now permanently disabled.

And There you go.  Tom has moved from rationalizing police murder...to now rationalizing the same criminal murders he just got done criticizing....execept in this case the races are more pallatable to him.  

Tom cant keep his  own point straight on one thread or have any fundamental understanfing of COnstituional rights in the UNited States..   I dont have the desire or qualifications to help him in either case.   I choose to just point and laugh.

Enlighten me on the part of the constitution that allows for rioting. 

Pj gets overly focused on one police incident (we now know he was a felon with an outstanding warrant who had a knife) & ignores the hundreds of weekly shootings & murders of mothers, fathers & children. 

I think  its right after the clause that allows for people to murder protestors....like you just defended...after sayng you never condone such things.

Don't flee the police and follow orders.  If you follow these simple rules, you will not get your ass kicked or worse.  Somehow, the black man doesn't understand this.

Not so fun facts:

The black guy had a knife somewhere in his car with his kids.   It was not in his immediate possession, nor was their any indication he was reaching for it.   Regardless thats the excuse cops are giving for shooting him in the back 7 times.

The white kid who actually murdered people had the assault rifle he used for those murders strapped to his back and proceeded to walk right past the police shortly after his murders without being detained much less murdered himself by the trigger happy Kenosha police.   He was taken into custody the following day - he wasnt shot and killed during that process either.  

Its not "a few bad apples" folks.   There is systemic racism in our police departments.    And desperately trying to change the topic to  gang violence in Chicago doesn't make that any less of a fact.

Some of these police departments need to fire everyone and start all over from scratch. We also need a stop to the radicalization of white males by the imams in the conservative media. This 17-year old who according to the reports I read, has a low IQ. He reminds me of the MAGA bomber and Pizzagate shooter as they also have low intellects and were radicalized by conservative hate mongers. It is also time we start treating these conservative militias the same way we do violent street gangs. 

He was on his back being attacked by a guy with a skateboard. Others are seen moving toward him when he opened fire. There is an earlier video of him cleaning graffiti. 

it would be helpful if there was a video prior to the shooting. 

The knife was on the drivers side door. He was not trying to break up a fight but was the reason why the woman called 911. 

The shooter walked towards the po!ice with his hands up, but the police drove  toward the victims. 

One shooting doesn't qualify as trigger happy. 

In 2019 over 7,500 blacks were killed by other blacks, thousands others injured. 9 unarmed blacks were shot

police. 

Where should pj focus his anger?  He prefers to blindly follow his incorrect narrative. Before passing judgement perhaps pj should wait to get all the facts. 

The "protestor" was attacking the shooter with a skateboard. Pj continues to condone rioting. 

Would pj have a different tone of the riots were at his house or would he be like the ultra liberal NYC upper west siders who are now fleeing after diblasio moved perverts, drug dealers into their neighborhood.
