Mister Tough Guy starts a war

Yep - another military escalation in the Middle East.  ANd the same people who cheered for the last one are doing so again.    And while they cry about the cost of food stamps they'll turn yet another blind eye to the cost of this endeavor (not to mention the fact its other peoples kids in the crosshairs).

When you elect chicken-hawk cowards to run the country you get careless wars and a fiscal mess to boot.   We learned that in 2000  and here we go again.

I don't want a war.  I just want Trump to cost Iran lots of money.  A crushed oil infrastructure and economic sanctions will do nicely without a boot on the ground.  No war, just inflicted pain.

And of course, Iran won't retaliate and no one will die. Because, y'know, in war, the other guy always does exactly what you want him to. And the situation won't escalate because, y'know, Trump is a stable genius.

One thing that's always been evident but maybe not to you--when you impose economic sanctions and/or inflict economic harm an an autocratic dictatorship, the leaders don't suffer--the common people do. Ruining Iran's economy might make Trump feel good, but it'll just make Iran's leaders more intransigent and aggressive. We can't remove their ability to wage war without invading the country. I guess you would be in favor of that.

And maybe several thousand ordinary Iranian citizens will die when Trump starts bombing cities--which I gather you would also enjoy.

Iran has been attacking America for years.

I was quite clear that I want oil infrastructure destroyed.  Few Iranians would die and they wouldn't be the target in my plan.  It's much more difficult to wage war with little money.

Boilerman- you obviously are confusing Der Fuhrer with logical facts.

Iran's oil production is the equivalent of about 30 minutes of the US oil production.  So there will be no effect on gas prices.

Not when they already have thousnds of missiles available for retaliation that our own intelligence agencies say we have virtually no ability to intercept.

Iran has already made clear their targets in the escalation in Boilerman's plan that is "not a war".

-All US bases in the region

-Saudi Oil infrastructure

-All persion gulf tankers

-the city of Dubai

-random targets in Israel

Sure sounds like a war to me.  And thats the Republican alternative to a nuclear peace deal.

Apparently PJ wants to roll on his back and let Iran do with him as they will. Gutless, ignorant idiot.

PJ, they've been attacking us for years and we've done little.  At some point, the US has to stand up to these radical Muslim thugs.

So you've stated.    But just be honest - despite your effort to downplay the cost and consequences, what you want is a war.

Are you going to demand this one be paid for?  Or do you want  "free shit" like the last one?
