You guys don't get it. I am not saying anyone can force an employee to do anything. However, now all sorts of bad behavior by employers can be excused as a religious opting out. In other words in the hypothetical I was constructing yes the young ladies could always say no or walk out the door, but then I could fire them without fear of any legal consequences to myself. As I declared orgies part of my corporation's deeply held religious belief. So as boss man I would just have to make sure I hired young ladies that couldn't afford to lose their jobs and my little scheme would have a high chance of success.
