Corporations now have religious freedom

You guys don't get it. I am not saying anyone can force an employee to do anything. However, now all sorts of bad behavior by employers can be excused as a religious opting out. In other words in the hypothetical I was constructing yes the young ladies could always say no or walk out the door, but then I could fire them without fear of any legal consequences to myself. As I declared orgies part of my corporation's deeply held religious belief. So as boss man I would just have to make sure I hired young ladies that couldn't afford to lose their jobs and my little scheme would have a high chance of success.

The term "closely-held" does not depend on how many owners there are. A closely-held corporation is one where up to five people together own more than half of the company's stock value. The McMillan-Cargill family meets that standard.

If I wanted to hang my hat on a traditional Christian religious belief as boss to coerce my female employees I could simply invoke my Droit du seigneur or if I wanted a one nighter with a specific employee my jus primae noctis.

There are already several "for profit religious corporations" gearing up to opt out of anti-discrimination laws as they apply to gays.

That'll be a tough sell. I'll give 3-1 odds they won't be successful altho I bet they'll have a better chance than your forced orgy scenario.

Yes...and its based on policy that allows someone to come between you and your doctor. Hoops has an established record of protesting this principal...except...except....if its an employer doing it for their own religious reasons. Isn't the hypocrisy grand?

They are determining the values of workers insurance policies. WORKERS INSURANCE POLICIES....not their own insurance policy.

Remember when Obamacare changed the nature of some insurance policies and Hoops had a fit for 6 months? I do to! And it seems pretty hilarious in retrospect.
